1. Who we are

The Site, available at www.urbzee.com, is owned and operated by Direct Project Management LLC (referred to in this Policy as “Direct Project Management,” “Urbzee,” “we,” “us,” or “our” when describing Site operations). Direct Project Management LLC owns the Urbzee name and operates the Site as a service provider and platform operator.

7 Sun Media, LLC and First American Advertising Corp. use the Urbzee platform to market their outdoor, street‑level Eco‑Bin and kiosk advertising inventory and to receive inquiries from prospective advertisers and other business contacts. • Direct Project Management LLC processes personal information submitted through the Site on their behalf as a service provider, and also operates the Site for hosting, chat, forms, and related functionality.

When this Privacy Policy refers to “we,” “us,” or “our” in connection with advertising decisions and communications with advertisers, it refers to the Advertising Companies. When it refers to “we,” “us,” or “our” in connection with Site operation, hosting, chat, and form handling, it includes Direct Project Management LLC as the Urbzee platform operator.

3. Scope of this policy

This Privacy Policy applies to personal information collected through the Site, including:

  • Contact forms
  • The Site’s built‑in chat feature

4. Information we collect

Information you provide directly

When you use the Site, we may collect information you choose to provide, such as:

  • Name and contact details (for example: name, company name, email address, phone number, mailing address)
  • Business or advertising‑related details, including:
    • Your interest in advertising, campaign goals, budget ranges, locations, and preferred formats
    • Information about your business or the advertising you are inquiring about
  • Content of messages you send via:
    • Contact forms
    • The Site’s built‑in chat
    • Any email addresses or phone numbers published on the Site

Information collected automatically

Because the Site must function and deliver chat/messages, some technical data may be collected automatically when you visit, such as:

  • IP address
  • Browser type and version
  • Device and operating system information
  • Date and time of visit
  • Pages you view and basic usage logs necessary to operate and secure the Site

At this time, we are not intentionally using separate analytics services, Meta pixels, or advertising/retargeting tools on the Site. Only the basic operational technologies built into the hosting platform (including its built‑in chat and standard hosting functions) are used to operate the Site.

Sensitive information

We do not intend to collect highly sensitive personal information (such as Social Security numbers, financial account numbers, health information, or driver’s license numbers) through the Site. Please do not submit sensitive personal information through the contact form or chat unless we specifically request it and it is clearly necessary for a lawful business purpose.

5. How we collect information

We collect personal information:

  • Directly from you when you:
    • Fill out and submit a contact form on the Site
    • Use the Site’s built‑in chat feature
    • Contact us using contact details obtained from the Site
  • Automatically through standard hosting and security logs generated by the Site’s platform. These basic logs help us operate, secure, and maintain the Site.

6. How we use your information

We use personal information for legitimate business purposes, including:

Advertising and business communications

  • Responding to your questions and requests submitted through forms or chat
  • Scheduling calls, meetings, site visits, or follow‑up communications
  • Providing information about available outdoor advertising inventory, pricing, and options
  • Evaluating potential advertising opportunities and managing advertiser relationships and contracts

Site operation and support

  • Operating and maintaining the Site, built‑in chat, and contact forms
  • Monitoring and improving Site performance and reliability
  • Protecting the security and integrity of the Site and our systems

Legal, safety, and recordkeeping

  • Complying with legal obligations and responding to lawful requests
  • Protecting our rights, property, and safety, and that of our users and others
  • Maintaining appropriate business records, including records of inquiries and communications

We do not currently use separate analytics or advertising/retargeting cookies or pixels on the Site. If that changes in the future, we will update this Privacy Policy and, where required, provide additional notice or options.

7. Cookies and similar technologies

Because the Site is hosted on a third‑party platform, that platform may use basic cookies or similar technologies necessary to:

  • Operate and secure the Site
  • Enable the built‑in chat and contact features
  • Manage your session as you move between pages

We are not currently adding separate analytics, retargeting, or advertising cookies or pixels to the Site ourselves.

You may be able to control cookies through your browser settings. Blocking or deleting certain cookies may affect how some features of the Site function.

8. How we share or disclose information

We may share personal information in the following circumstances:

Service providers and contractors

We may share personal information with trusted third parties that perform services on our behalf, such as:

  • Website hosting and infrastructure providers
  • Built‑in chat and contact‑form providers
  • Email and communication tools
  • Security, support, and other technical service providers

Direct Project Management LLC acts as a service provider and platform operator and may access or process personal information submitted through the Site in order to host, maintain, and support the platform and to relay inquiries to the Advertising Companies.

These parties are permitted to use personal information only as needed to perform services for us and are expected to handle it appropriately.

Legal, security, and business protection

We may disclose information if we reasonably believe it is necessary to:

  • Comply with applicable laws, regulations, legal processes, or government requests
  • Protect our rights, property, or safety, or that of our users or others
  • Detect, investigate, and help prevent fraud, security incidents, or misuse of the Site

Business transfers

If any of the Advertising Companies or Direct Project Management LLC are involved in a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of some or all assets, personal information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to applicable law and any related agreements.

9. Sale or “sharing” of personal information

We do not sell personal information for money.
We also do not currently use third‑party advertising or retargeting tools on the Site in a manner that would constitute “selling” or “sharing” personal information for cross‑context behavioral advertising under California law.

If that changes in the future (for example, if we begin using certain analytics or advertising technologies that are treated as “selling” or “sharing”), we will update this Privacy Policy and, where required, provide appropriate opt‑out options such as a “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” link or honoring recognized global privacy control signals.

10. Data retention

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to:

  • Respond to your inquiries and maintain communication records
  • Manage and document advertising relationships
  • Meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations
  • Resolve disputes and enforce agreements

The specific retention period can vary depending on the nature of the information and our legal and business obligations. When information is no longer needed, we will take reasonable steps to delete it or de‑identify it where appropriate.

11. Data security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information against accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration, unauthorized disclosure, or access.

No method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is completely secure. While we seek to protect personal information, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

12. Children’s privacy

The Site is intended for adults engaged in business and advertising activities and is not directed to children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through the Site.

If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child under 13 through the Site, we will take appropriate steps to delete that information as required by law.

13. Your choices and rights (general U.S.)

In general:

  • You may choose not to provide certain information. However, if you do not provide requested contact details, we may be unable to respond to your inquiry.
  • You may request that we update or correct contact information you previously submitted by using the contact details provided on the Site.
  • You can manage cookies through your browser settings, understanding that some Site features may not function properly if certain cookies are disabled.

14. California privacy rights (if applicable)

If you are a California resident and the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended (collectively, the “CCPA”), applies to our business, you may have certain rights with respect to your personal information, subject to legal limitations and verification requirements:

  • Right to know/access – to request that we disclose the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you, as well as certain details about how we use and disclose that information.
  • Right to delete – to request that we delete personal information we collected from you, subject to certain exceptions.
  • Right to correct – to request that we correct inaccurate personal information we maintain about you.
  • Right to non‑discrimination – to not be discriminated against for exercising your CCPA rights.
  • Right to opt out of sale or sharing – if we sell or share your personal information (as those terms are defined in the CCPA), the right to direct us to stop doing so.

As described above, we do not currently sell or share personal information collected through the Site for cross‑context behavioral advertising.

Submitting CCPA requests

If and when the CCPA applies to us, California residents may submit requests using the methods we specify on the Site (for example, a dedicated request form, phone number, or email address). We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling your request and may deny a request where a legal exception applies or verification is not successful.

If we begin activities that qualify as “selling” or “sharing” personal information, we will provide appropriate opt‑out mechanisms consistent with California law.

15. Notice at collection for California residents

If California law applies, this Privacy Policy is intended to serve as our notice at or before the time of collection regarding:

  • The categories of personal information we collect
  • The purposes for which we use that information

We may also provide a short notice near the contact form or chat (for example, “By submitting this form, you agree to our Privacy Policy”) that links directly to this Privacy Policy.

16. Do Not Track and global privacy signals

Some browsers allow users to send “Do Not Track” (DNT) or similar signals. There is currently no uniform industry standard for responding to such signals, and our Site may not respond to all DNT signals.

If and when we engage in activities that require it, we will comply with applicable law regarding recognized browser‑based opt‑out signals and global privacy controls.

17. Third‑party services and links

The Site may use built‑in tools and services provided by our hosting platform and may contain links to or integrations with websites or services not operated by us.

We are not responsible for the privacy practices of third‑party websites or services that we do not control. You should review the privacy policies of any third‑party sites or services you access.

18. Changes to this Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make changes, we will revise the “Last Updated” date at the top of this Privacy Policy.

If we make material changes to how we collect, use, or share personal information, we will provide additional notice where appropriate (for example, by posting a prominent notice on the Site or by other reasonable means).
